The main living pavilion is at the head of the pool and has expanses of windows all round, allowing ample natural light and the wonderful sea breezes. It offers open-plan living and dining areas and has highly-polished warm wooden floors, as well as wood-lined vaulted ceilings with inset fans, plus ducted air-conditioning.
 

To the rear is access via a covered walkway to a separate pavilion housing the fully-fitted, Western-style kitchen which has all modern appliances.
 

Also on this floor is a cloakroom with shower for added convenience when using the pool.
 

To either side of the kitchen is a staircase leading down to the lower living accommodations comprising of a large maids-quarter with en-suite bathroom, plus a good-sized laundry and storage area.
 

To the fore of the villa is a further suite of rooms, comprising of a spacious bedroom with fitted shelving and a desk area to the rear. Behind this is the walk-in wardrobe which melds with the en-suite bathroom housing a walk-in shower and corner vanity unit. There is access from here to a further compact room which can be used as a further bedroom which is ideal for those wishing to keep their children close.
 

This is an excellent villa for a great family holiday as its layout allows for privacy when required, whilst the central pool area and terraces provide ample space for large gatherings.
 

Surin is just 35 minutes from the airport and has a beautiful beach, with many top-class restaurants and bars, yet is only a short distance from busier locales such as Patong, with its attendant nightlife and shopping facilities, if required.
